Lonza alla pizzaiola

2 – 3 fette di lonza di maiale a persona
una tazza di sugo di pomodoro
una mozzarella
4 – 5 capperi
sale, pepe e origano
una noce di burro

Scaldare il burro, adagiarvi le fettine di carne,
girarle dopo circa 3 minuti.
Con un cucchiaio disporre la passata,
la mozzarella a pezzi, i capperi, una girata di sale, pepe e origano.
Fare rapprendere l’acqua che lascerà la mozzarella e servire.
